The Junior College offers courses in Commerce and Arts stream prescribed by the Maharashtra state Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education at the 10+2 level. The courses lead to the Higher secondary Certificate Examination in the respective streams. A candidate for being eligible for admission in first year junior college (FYJC) shall have passed Xth Std examination. The syllabus of all the subjects followed by the college is as prescribed by the state board. As per Maharashtra Board directives arts students of FYJC study various subjects. There are three categories- Compulsory subjects, Second language and Elective subjects.
