The Powerlifting Competition
Powerlifting is a competitive strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. As in the sport of Olympic weightlifting, it involves the athlete attempting a maximal weight single-lift effort of a barbell loaded with weight plates.The Powerlifting Competition was held on 7th and 8th December,2024 at JSSP CollegeGoveli.Our College Students Participated in the event and tried there level best. The Annual Athletics events in the university.
The annual athletics is one of the most awaited events in the university. The students participate with great zeal and excitement.Students are divided into various houses and are allocated team captains and sports faculty coordinators. On the sports day, flags are pitched in the University sports pavilion,Marine lines,Mumbai.All the students participate in different activities and teachers guide them in organizing various events. Every year a notable sports person is invited as the chief guest to preside over the function. March Past, Mass Drill Competitions are also held house-wise.
The Sports Room
Carom is tabletop game of Indian origin in which players flick discs,attempting to knock them to the corners of board.Carom is commonly played by families,including children,and at social functions.Different standards and rules exist in different areas. Chess is a sports alongside being a fun board game,strategy game,competition and a form of art.

The Boxing Competition at Raheja College,Bandra.
Boxing is a sport that involves strategically punching an opponent while defending yourself from their return punches. Some amateurs practice boxing as a way to stay in shape. If you go to a boxing match, you'll see two fighters in a ring surrounded by thick ropes. The Boxing Competition was held on 12-11-2024 at Raheja College,Bandra. The Intra-College Sports event " Kridangan" 2024
The Intra-College Sports event of TRCAC College of Arts and Commerce," Kridangan" was organised from 24th October,2024 to 26th October,2024 with Great enthusiasm. The event aimed to Promote physical fitness,team spirit, and a healthy competitive spirit among the students.The day witnessed active participation from students,making it a memorable and successful event. Boys Volley Ball Match
Our Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts and Commerce, team of Boys won the Volley1st Match against Sathye college which was held on 11th October,2024 at Kalina Campus,Santacruz,and entered into 1st Qualifier with a bang. Volleyball,Game played by two teams of six players each,in which an inflated ball is volleyed over a high net.Each team tries to make the ball touch the court within the opposing side's playing areas before it can be returned.A team is allowed to touch the ball three times before returning it [ Event Date - 11th October 2024 ]
