UDBHAV UTSAV 2026 - Empowering Young Entrepreneurs Through Investment

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce organized UDBHAV UTSAV 2026 – A Start-Up Fair in association with Raj Software Technology India Ltd. on 2nd March 2026. The main aim of the event was to connect student start-ups with potential investors and provide them with real investment opportunities. A total of 10 participants presented their innovative business ideas before judges, chief guests, and 9 investors. Upcycling for a Greener Future:Turning Old T-Shirts into Eco-Friendly Bags

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce organized a creative workshop on making eco-friendly bags from old T-shirts. Students received hands-on learning experience as they transformed unused clothing into reusable bags through simple upcycling techniques. The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce organized Yuva Udyami Fest 2025, an inter-collegiate competition where participants showcased innovative business ideas and entrepreneurial skills. JC - Workshop on Crochet Making

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce successfully conducted a Workshop on Crochet Making for Junior College students. The session aimed to introduce participants to the art of crochet and enhance their creativity and practical skills. The workshop covered the basics of crochet techniques and the creation of decorative patterns. Students actively participated, created their own crochet pieces, and gained hands-on experience along with creative inspiration. "Entrepreneurship in Emerging Sectors: Understanding Market Trends and Customer Behavior"

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce organized a seminar on “Entrepreneurship in Emerging Sectors” to provide students with insights into new business opportunities and challenges. The session was conducted by Mr. Ganesh Kadam, who shared valuable knowledge about emerging sectors, market trends, customer behavior, and the fundamentals of starting and managing a business. Seminar on Legal Information to Commence a Business

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce organized a seminar on Legal Information to Commence a Business to guide students on the legal aspects of entrepreneurship. The session was conducted by Adv. Ravi Prakash Jadhav, who provided valuable insights into the legal framework required for starting and operating a business. EDC Volunteers Gain Insights on Union Budget 2025-26 at MVIRDC World Trade Center

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce sent seven EDC volunteers and one team member to attend an interactive session on the Union Budget 2025–26 at MVIRDC World Trade Center, Mumbai. Organized by MVIRDC and AIAI, the event featured expert discussions on fiscal policies, tax reforms, and economic growth. Field Visit to Seva Vivek NGO – An Enlightening Experience

The visit aimed to explore the NGO’s bamboo handicrafts manufacturing initiative, which empowers underprivileged communities through skill-based training in eco-friendly bamboo products. Celebrating Tradition and Entrepreneurship: Rakhi Stall Success at Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce successfully organized a 7-day Rakhi stall on campus. The stall showcased handcrafted bamboo Rakhis created by Adivasi tribal artisans under the Tribal Craft initiative, promoting cultural heritage and sustainability. With strong support from faculty, students, and non-teaching staff of both degree and junior colleges, all 600 Rakhis were sold out. Highlights from the MSME Conclave 2024: A Gateway for Aspiring Entrepreneurs

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce participated in the MSME Conclave 2024 held at the World Trade Centre, Mumbai. Organized by FICCI FLO under the theme “Power to Empower,” the conclave served as a capacity-building platform for over 500 MSMEs. The event featured insightful panel discussions on export opportunities, packaging technologies, entrepreneurship, and financial management.Our college was represented by one faculty member and fifteen enthusiastic students who actively engaged in the sessions and gained valuable exposure to the MSME ecosystem. EDC Team Visits Akshaya Dhaaga for Social Entrepreneurship Insights

Two faculty members interacted with Ms. Kiran Badhe, founder of @WE WORTH, and learned about AkshayaShakti’s Project AkshayaDhaaga, which empowers local communities through sustainable fabric production.
